This looks like a full and great day.
In terms of the alternative for the afternoon - I am wondering how we can make sure that the afternoon flows as an integrated whole. There is something about weaving these ideas together to explore the conditions that support the emergence of collective leadership. E.g. - place supports collective leadership because it brings a kind of grounding and connection to spirit that informs the action. What does it take in a distributed system to move to a deep level of connection? If these show up as three separate activities I think we might lose some of the power. We need a weaver for the afternoon - could be Miguel.
I am still wondering about carrying part of this to the next day. We had an idea about getting feedback from the community about which sessions were the most compelling if we had too many offerings for the time and space. So I hope we will decide on Day 1 based on what allows for a deep and rich dive rather than because we have so much on Day 2.
